12/3/2010 Caller sprayed product in the home, including some of the furniture, one time two weeks ago. Caller developed redness, irritation, itching, and white welts on her skin over most of her body within 24 hours of application. Caller did not have any direct exposure to the product, but did sit on furniture that had been sprayed. Caller went to her doctor five days ago and was prescribed oral steroids and Benadryl. Itching improved with treatment. 12/7/2010 Callback attempted to the original caller for follow up information. Unable to leave a message for the caller. 12/8/2010 Callback attempted to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information.
