On May 7, 2010, a store employee contacted the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS) to report that a customer came in to complain about the product to him. The store employee stated the owner told him that he had applied the product onto the dog and then the dog developed symptoms, so the owner took the dog to the veterinarian. The store employee had no other information about the incident or the pet.
