7/27/2010 Caller has used the product periodically for years. Caller has been applying the product several times per day on his arms for the past few weeks. Caller developed skin irritation on his arms seven days ago. Caller has been applying aloe vera to his skin. 8/10/2010 Callback attempted to the original caller for follow up information. There was no answer and no way to leave a message for the caller.
