Product was applied Sept 16 2010. Sentinel green was given Oct 1 2010. The owner presented the pet Oct 4 for scratches and fleas. On exam the veterinarian noticed petechiation of the ears, vulva and gingiva. A CBC and biochem were performed with a coagulation panel and a PCR for ehrlichia and anaplasma. THe pet was started on prednisone, imuran, famotidine and doxycycline with a tentative diagnosis of immune mediated thrombocytopenia.
