On September 17, 2010 the owner found the kitten dead. On September 23, 2010 the owner contacted the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS). The APSS veterinarian stated death is not expected. The APSS veterinarian recommended calling the manufacturer to discuss efficacy concerns and calling back with questions.
