8/31/2010 Caller's son had product leak into his toiletry bag and onto his toothbrush while he was away from home 1 week ago. Caller was unable to describe how the product leaked from the can. He brushed his teeth twice with the toothbrush, and noticed a bad taste and rinsed his mouth extensively. During the rest of the time he was away, son was lethargic and had a headache. Son returned home 3 days ago and has been asymptomatic since then. 9/8/2010 Attempted callback to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. No return call has been made.
