On April 22, 2010 the APSS veterinarian stated the product contains a potent carbamate and the risk is for (SLUDDE) signs. The APSS veterinarian recommended taking the dog into the veterinarian immediately. Shortly after, the veterinarian staff contacted the APSS to consult on the case. The veterinarian staff stated the dog was in cardiac arrest and the attending veterinarian was currently working on the dog. The APSS veterinarian recommended giving atropine, performing cardioplumonary resuscitation, giving fluids, providing symptomatic and supportive care, and calling back with questions.

The veterinarian staff stated the dog died shortly after the APSS consultation, despite the attending veterinarians resuscitation efforts. This product was not used according to label directions: do no use in areas where pets have access.
