1-22800291: The registrant was alerted on 4/27/10 to the death of 14 head of cattle after the cattle were possibly exposed to cotton seed treated with a mix of the active ingredients Abamectin, Thiamethoxam, Azoxystrobin, Fludioxonil, and Mefenoxam. The cattle farmer was driving through a cattle pasture to go plant cotton on 4/25/10. Apparently some cotton seed treated with Avicta Complete Cotton fell off the truck (one bag was reported missing) sometime that day. The following day (4/26/10), 5 head of cattle were reported dead. By 4/27/10, an additional 9 head of cattle were reported dead and several others were staggering. No further information is available.
