1-22364457: A reporter (client employee) reported the exposure of a male to an insecticide containing the active ingredients Piperonyl Butoxide, Pyrethrins, Diatomaceous Earth, Quartz, and Cristobalite. According to the reporter, the male used the product in his apartment on 03/05/2010 and inhaled the dust while vacuuming it up. He was experiencing trouble breathing and was referred to the emergency room. No further information was obtained.
