Was taken to the EDVM on 11/10/09. Had developed vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite 2 hours after application. Was given Albon/Metronidazole suspension. Kaolin Pectic and IV fluids. Was also given Dextrose to take home. Was in the EDVM for a couple of hours. Unable to determine the cause of the signs. She died some time during the night.

Reported clinical signs are not expected with topical product application. Ingestion of product was not witnessed. These signs are non-specific and may have multiple potential other causes in such a young dog (e.g. viral infection).
