Owner sprinkled product in yard one week ago to control ants. Dog may have had access to areas sprinkled, or may not have. Per owner stated that he the dog was taken to the vet yesterday (7/28). The vet said the dog had an eye infection, ear infection, and a stomach bug. The vet prescribed Otomax ear drops, Tobradex eye drops, and metronidazole. Owner said the eyes are improving, the poop has cleared, and the vomiting stopped a few days ago. It was noted that the stool was green previously, than today black and then brown. It was recommended that the owner looks around the property to see if any rodenticides had been put out that could be colouring the stool.
