1-19563269: A reporter (cat owner) called on 08/18/2009 to report the exposure of his cat to a flea and tick dip containing the active ingredients Pyrethrins, Piperonyl Butoxide, and NOBD. According to the reporter, the undiluted product was applied to the cat on 08/16/2009. Within 10 minutes of product application, the cat began acting "weird" and died. The reporter was advised that the signs described are not expected with normal product use. The reporter was also advised that the product is not intended to be used in the concentrated form. No further information was obtained. NOTE: The product label instructs the user to dilute the product prior to application.
