1-19308928: A reporter called on 06/22/2009 to report the use of an insecticidal soap containing the active ingredient Potassium Salts of Fatty Acids. The product was applied to 100 poppy plants on 06/22/2009. At the time of the report, the leaves of all plants were turning yellow. No further information was obtained.
