The owner bathed the cat with liquid dish washing detergent. The APSS veterinarian stated that a taste reaction could be seen if the product was ingested. The APSS veterinarian recommended that either the friend or the owner give the cat a taste treat, and to call the APSS back should they have any additional questions.
