The APSS veterinarian stated that a taste reaction may occur from an oral exposure to this product. It was recommended that the owner offer the animal a taste treat of tuna juice, monitor the animal for gastrointestinal signs (such as vomiting and hypersalivation), and bathe the animal in liquid dish washing detergent if signs recurred.
