The APSS technician recommended that the owner monitor her cat at home; monitor for gastrointestinal signs; manage vomiting if it occurs by giving the cat nothing orally for one hour and then gradually reintroducing water and food; diluting the product by giving one teaspoon of canned food, milk, or tuna juice; wiping off her cat's skin with a warm damp wash cloth, towel drying her cat, keeping her cat warm; and calling back with questions if gastrointestinal upset persists.
