7/26/2008 Caller's husband used product on his vineyard 8 hours ago. He touched his eye 6 hours ago, then went to sleep, without rinsing his eye out. He developed a blister on his eye 30 minutes ago, when he woke up. The husband then when to a local ER where delayed eye irrigation was finally performed. He was diagnosed with a corneal burn and prescribed steroid ophthalmic drops before being sent home. He eventually recovered within 1 week.

It appears that this patient did not follow label directions and promptly irrigate the eye following a reported exposure.
