8/11/2008 Caller reports applying product to self 1 week ago on arms, legs, neck, and face. Later in the day, caller felt itching and developed a rash on hands. Caller woke the following morning with a rash on all areas of the body where product was applied. Caller's symptoms have been improving with no treatments performed. 8/19/2008 Attempted callback to original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. Caller returned the previous message. Caller was evaluated by physician for symptoms. The physician prescribed a topical steroid for treatment. Caller still has a small area of rash on one arm, but symptoms have resolved in all other areas.
