1-16756100: A reporter (company service representative) received a report on 09/12/2008 regarding the exposure of a male subject to an insecticide containing the active ingredient Permethrin. The male subject stated that he became light headed while spraying the product. The reporter offered a consult with the health and safety division but the male subject declined. The male subject's main concern was regarding when pets could have access to the treated area after product application. No further information was obtained.
