1-16274538: The reporter called on 6/13/08 to report hair loss associated with a topical flea and tick product containing the active ingredient Methoprene. According to the reporter, he had applied the product to his two cats on 5/28/08. As of 6/10, he had noticed hair loss in the area of the application site. The safety profile of the product was discussed. A recommendation was made to seek veterinary care if the hair loss persisted or worsened. No additional information is available.
