On June 30, 2008, the dog was more lethargic than usual. Owner took the dog to a vet clinic for an exam. Exam was normal and puppy shots along with Sentinel was given. Dog vomited on the way home and was vomiting on July 1, 2008. Dog vomited a pinkish foam. The signs did not end overnight and so the owner took the dog to the rDVM on July 2, 2008. The dog died while at the rDVM (was not euthanized). Owner says the rDVM does not think the agent was the cause of death. Owner did not elect to have necropsy performed.
