1-16195111: The reporter called on 5/27/08 to report her 2 year old cat had passed away the previous evening, 20 minutes after she had applied a topical flea and tick product containing the active ingredients Etofenprox and Methoprene. According to the reporter, this was the first time she had used the product. The safety profile of the product was discussed, as was the company-sponsored necropsy program. The cat had already been buried.
