1-16414119: The reporter called on 7/17/08 to report his exposure to a product containing the active ingredients Mecoprop, Dicamba, and 2,4,D. According to the reporter, he had used the product over 1.5 hours and had developed a rash where the strap had been. The safety profile of the product was discussed, including the possibility that the reporter was sensitive to the one or more ingredients in the product. A recommendation was made to discontinue using the product and to try topical hydrocortisone cream to relieve any symptoms. It was further recommended to consult a physician if the symptoms did not resolve in 72 hours. A follow-up call was placed but was never returned.
