1-16424904: The reporter contacted the registrant on 6/16/08 to report that his cat had consumed some product with the active ingredient Permethrin. The reporter thought his cat may have licked some of the product while it was wet. According to the reporter, the cat had been vomiting, had become anorexic, and would not drink. He had not yet taken the cat in to a veterinarian for evaluation. A follow-up communication (email) from the reporter was received on 7/18. The reporter revealed that the cat had passed away. He inquired about reimbursement for his veterinary bills. No additional information is available.
