6/5/2008 Caller is a veterinarian. Caller reports that a client brought in a dog this morning that was dead on presentation. The dog vomited at home last night, and vomited a thick foam this morning before dying. The owner had used the product attached to a garden hose for lawn application an unspecified period of time prior to the onset of illness.. The dog had no known direct exposure to the product, although, exposure is assumed if dog had been allowed on the lawn following application. No necropsy was performed.
