Contact reported that a person they knew came in and applied sprayed ARSENAL for weeds in their garden area in Spring 2007. Now reports have lost 5 trees-all of fruit trees and garden areas are stunted and now lawn is dying back as well. Reports reddish black look to plants and "last summer I couls hardly breathe the smell was so awful". Dog is sick as well, wondering if it could be same thing.
