The product was applied by the owner on May 1, 2008. Soon after, the owner noticed that the animal was agitated. Nine days later, the owner noticed the dog was lethargic and itchy. Redness at the application site was noted on June 4, 2008. On June 30, owner stated dog is about 90 % back to normal.
