1-16203945: The reporter called on 5/28/08 to report the use of a product containing the active ingredients Mecoprop, Dicamba, and 2,4,D over 1 week prior to the call. The reporter did not have the details about the specific product involved. The product had been used by a friend and had been diluted prior to use. According to the reporter, his friend's dog had passed away sometime the previous week and the friend had believed the animal's passing to be related to the product. The reporter had no information about the dog other than its breed. The reporter inquired about and was given information about the safety profile of the product.
