3/25/2008 Callers states this his dog licked the side of product bottle yesterday. There was no indication that any spilled chemical actually existed on the outside of this bottle. Dog tonight seems to be listless. Caller wondering what role product may play with sxs observed. 4/9/2008 Callback placed to dog owner. The owner reports that the dog was evaluated by a veterinarian and was diagnosed with Parvo. The veterinarian attempted treatment, but the dog eventually died. The diagnosis of Parvo essentially rules out any involvement of the pesticide.
