3/14/2008 Caller states that product was sprayed in a room 24 hours ago where a pet bird is kept. Caller states that the bird was removed from the room prior to product being sprayed, and was not returned to the room until four to five hours after spraying product. Caller states that the bird was found deceased at the bottom of the cage two hours after being returned to the room.
