This is same incident as 2007-24(2007-7817), where we just now have been informed that a puppy died and is claimed to be linked to spraying PROWL on a neighbouring field by a grower.

Grower sprayed neighbouring field with PROWL, apparently obeying label,wind conditions etc. Adjacent homeowners complained of illness due to spray (2007-24), much later heard allegation of PROWL- related puppy dying.
