10/11/2007Product applied in caller's kitchen, living room, staircase, and bathroom by landlord two days ago. Caller developed respiratory and nasal irritation after product was placed, and has been having headaches since then. Caller has had no known exposure to product, but states that she can smell the product. Caller is concerned that product contains nut oil since she is allergic to nuts. 10/15/2007Call back attempted to caller. A message was left on voice mail informing caller that product does not contain any ingredients derived from nuts.
