History: Applied drops to the cat approx 1 hour ago, the collar was applied 3 days ago. Collar was removed 9/14/07. Noticed cat developed hair loss and sores on the neck when collar was removed. States full of pus and blood. No Veterinarian consult. Assessment: Not typical or expected following routine use. Rec bathing pet with non medicated pet shampoo for at least 15-20 minutes if safe for you to do at home. Rec a consult with HCP for evaluation of open sores, bleeding and discharge. Again not typical following routine use, however if uncomfortable with collar on dog rec removing. Consult your Veterinarian about alternative treatments
