Caller stated that he is a courier for a transportation company and that he was making deliveries when he noticed one of the containers leaking. He indicated that he was driving for about five minutes after inhaling the fumes from the product. He then stated to the third party operator that he is experiencing headaches and feeling dizzy. It was recommended that he stops driving the vehicle while there is spilled product within the truck and to get help from his boss. Also he was told to hydrate himself and get adequate ventilation. The operator who fielded the call followed up with the caller a few hours later and the caller indicated that he will be going to the Emergency Department because he is now feeling nauseous and sweaty. He feels the packaging failed when the product was being loaded and the container could not withstand the weight of the other products on top.

Packaging for this particular product both box board and the plastic components (jug and cap) provide adequately enough support to prevent the jug from cracking and spliting at the seams. If the product was removed and repacked into packaging other than what is supplied initially may lend to the reason of why it originally split.
