Product had been applied around home according to label directions on 6/11/2007. The dog had no known or witnessed contact with the treated areas. On 6/15/2007, the dog fell ill and was seen by a DVM who found the dog to be suffering from liver failure and ascites. The DVM was unable to determine a cause for the liver failure.
