The grower claims it was quite windy the day of the herbicide application. He is claiming significant damage to rows adjacent to the soybeans and that he can no longer sell the crop as seed potatoes. His value for his crop has dropped from $12/100lb weight for seed potatoes to $5/100lb weight for tabletop not including the losses from the plants controlled by the herbicide.
