Caller has sprayed the product, some got on her legs. She wiped down her legs afterwards with a wet washcloth. The next day she developed a rash that looks like chicken pox. It does not itch at all. Rash spreads from the bottom of her thighs down to her ankles. It is getting brighter day by day. She has no faith in the medical system and does not think that they will be able to help Assessment: - This is not an expected effect of routine product use. - You may or may not have an unrecognized sensitivity to one of the active or associated ingredients in a given product. - There are several possible causes of a rash including sensitivity to a household or commercial product, food product, naturally occurring environmental agent, or medication. Rashes may also form as a result of illness or exposure to heat. Recommend consulting a physician to help determine the cause of the rash. - You may consider relieving the symptoms with topical vitamin E or aloe vera products. Please read and follow all label directions. - Recommend seeking MD attention at this time as the symptoms have persisted for this period of time - Please call back with any additional questions or concerns. 06/20/07 Follow-up Caller said that her legs are still bumpy and has not spread anywhere else. She has only been applying Keri lotion to keep skin moisturized but denies other treatments because there is no itchiness or pain. Note: The relationship between the alleged contact and the effect in the incident description is indeterminable.
