5/2/2007 Caller reports that a coworker splashed product in eye 5 min ago. He complains of of severe pain and irritation. He is currently flushing now, product is a fungicide. It was recommended that patient go to the ER after irrigating the eyes for 15 minutes. Follow-up on 5/3/2007 Patient had gone to the emergency room for evaluation. No significant corneal injury noted. Patient was prescribed eye drops and sent home. He is back at work and doing fine today.
