On 03-Apr-2023, Elanco was contacted by an animal owner regarding an inquiry and inadvertently reported the following: On 31-Jan-2022, a dog was bathed with an unknown shampoo, which was continued monthly. On approximately 01-Feb-2022, the dog was administered 1 tube of K9 Advantix II Large Dog (21-55 lbs) (Imidacloprid-Permethrin-Pyriproxyfen) via the topical route by the animal owner for flea control. The dog continued to administer monthly dose of K9 Advantix II Large Dog (21-55 lbs) (Imidacloprid-Permethrin-Pyriproxyfen) via the topical route by the animal owner for flea control. Used as directed. On approximately 01-Mar-2023, the dog was administered 1 tube of K9 Advantix II Large Dog (21-55 lbs) (Imidacloprid-Permethrin-Pyriproxyfen) via the topical route by the animal owner for flea control.

On approximately 02-Feb-2022, the unknown age, approximately 20.4 kg, neutered, female, Pit Bull canine, with concomitant medical conditions of open sores, mange and unspecified behavioural issues, was evaluated by a veterinarian and was diagnosed with unspecified lymphoma (neoplasia). The dog was treated with unknown amount of unspecified prednisone. On approximately 07-Mar-2023, the dog died. No necropsy was performed.
