(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
9/29/2018 6:33:45 PM A pet owner reported that morning she found a stray cat deceased in their garage. It was suspected that the cat ingested some Tomcat with Bromethalin Bait Chunx that were placed around the garage. There was evidence that the cat had vomited in the garage multiple times with green pieces of bait noted in the vomitus. Approximately six hours prior the reporter's dog entered the garage and ingested the cat's vomitus. Approximately 45 minutes after the ingestion the owner induced emesis with hydrogen peroxide and the dog vomited three large piles with specks of green like the product noted. About 30 minutes prior to the call the dog was non-responsive. The owner was able to get the dog up but noted that he had weakness in his legs and was unable to stand on his own. The dog also continued to vomit. Veterinary evaluation was recommended for the dog. No further information was received in this case.
