7/20/2017 Caller is a pest control operator who applied product to a commercial property on 6/7/2017. Caller applied the product with a compressed air sprayer on the outdoor perimeter of the property. A second product was used on the cracks and crevices throughout the interior location via an aerosol can. On 6/13/2017, caller received communication from the customer. The pet owner reported that on 6/11/2017 she let her two guinea pigs out of their cages behind the store to exercise. That night one of the guinea pigs died, and the other was sick. One week later, the pet owner spoke with the caller again, and at that point indicated that the animals were not guinea pigs but were baby raccoons. She also stated that employees had reported seeing dead frogs, and a littler of kittens had been found dead near the dumpster area. The body of one of the baby raccoons was collected by the (state) Department of Wildlife Resources for testing.
