19. Donner des renseignements additionnels ici
Offl-label use of the product occurred as dog product was applied on cat. Reported weight loss is not expected after product application as sign is not in line with pharmacotoxicological product profile. Blood in vomit is not anticipated with appropriate topical product use. Oral ingestion of product was not observed. Death is inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile and experience. Product has wide margin of safety. Oral LD50 in rat 642 mg/kg BW. 24-fold overdosage tolerated by cats without showing any side effect. Other causes are more likely. Previous exposure was well tolerated by animal. Time to onset exceptionally long for weight loss and long for blood in vomit and death. Considering known safety profile of the product, although no necropsy was performed, product relation is unlikely.
