2/5/2015 The caller reports that on 2/2/15 he came home, after being gone 1.5 hours, to find that his refill package of Tomcat Mouse Killer was missing from the shelf it had been on. He found the packaging ripped open with all 7, 1 ounce blocks missing. On 2/3/15, the larger dog began to pass the product in her feces and subsequently developed diarrhea. On 2/4/15, both dogs were taken to a veterinary clinic as the larger dog became lethargic and the smaller dog collapsed. Both dogs died at the clinic and the pet owner stated that no medical treatments were performed. No additional data regarding the reason for lack of treatment, etc., was able to be obtained.
