(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
12/10/2013, 12:10:09 PM A dog owner reported that she thinks her dog got into some product yesterday in the early afternoon but she cannot say for certain. The dog vomited once about 10 hours ago and again six hours ago. The vomitus was green and dog's stool appeared to turn the snow fluorescent green . The dog was recently at the clinic for eight days and is being treated for ongoing vomiting. Although the dog has been vomiting every night for several days to weeks, the pet owner caller thinks the two most recent episodes of vomiting are from ingestion of rodenticide. The pet owner was unwilling to provide any details about the dogs medical history or the veterinarian s diagnosis. She states the dog is healthy. The pet owner did not have the rodenticide package available. In order to identify the product, she had phoned the store where she purchased. The store staff told her that the only product they sell is Hawk brand.
