(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
Per owner, last night around 5pm the dog ingested a dead mouse in the yard. Mouse may have died as a result of this bait. Dog has no access to the bait itself. Owner thought the dog had a shortness of breath last night but it has not continued. Brought the pet to the clinic today but the DVM was unsure if Vitamin K1 was necessary and sent the pet home. The owner was advised that ingestion of a single poisoned rodent not likely to cause relay intoxication, especially as owner removed the baits before puppy taken into home - not available for a few days at least, so would not expect in a rodent's stomach. Possible that rodents can carry infectious agents.
