(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
Owner states that his dog seems to have eaten possibly half of a package of Wilson Earwig Destroyer granules this evening. No packaging was ingested. Chanel has had some diarrhea and has now vomited as well. She is also trembling and weak. The Caller was recomended that given the possible dose the symptoms are consistent with exposure to the product. At this time we would recommend that Chanel goes to a DVM for evaluation and treatment. The DVM can contact us for more information. Call back with any questions or concerns. During a follow up call a couple days later the owner to update the case and stated, that the dog was monitored at home, because there was no 24 hour vet facility in the area. The owner called the doctor in the morning and he was instructed to monitor at home. The dog is normal now
