4/3/2012 Caller reports that on 10/17/2011, family returned to their rental home to find that product had been applied in the home by the landlord. Apparently, just prior to the use of this fogger, 15 snakes had 'escaped' from their holdings and had been in unknown locations throughout the home. Snakes were an assortment of corn snakes, milk snakes, red tailed boas, and ball pythons. The caller and her family were in the process of moving. Reportedly the landlord was advised that the snakes were loose in the house, but he still set off the fogger. When they returned to the house on 10-17-11, the 15 snakes were all found dead.

The information contained in this report is based on self-reported statements provided to the registrant during telephone Interview(s). These self-reported descriptions of an incident have not been independently verified to be factually correct or complete descriptions of the incident. For that reason, information contained in this report does not and can not form the basis for a determination of whether the reported clinical effects are causally related to exposure to the product identified in the telephone interviews. The circumstances surrounding this incident are highly unusual. It appears that the fogger may have been grossly misused if the landlord new that there were snakes within the treated areas.
