7/9/2010 10:27:17 AM The caller is a pest control operator and is calling to report that he recently placed this product a client¿s home. The client has reported to him that two days ago their cat developed foaming from the mouth and died. There was not witnessed ingestion of the product. 8/5/2010 3:06:08 PM The cat owner called to discuss this case further. He stated that his cat ingested 1/2 of one of the place pacs and he believes the cat died from this ingestion. He stated that his veterinarian did an "autopsy" and that the cat had internal bleeding. However, he refused to provide any information about the cat¿s history or the exposure. The caller also refused to provide his veterinarian¿s contact information for follow-up.
