Caller stating that she had the Hertz/Heartz Flea and Tick Foam and used it on her dads cat three days ago. Due to the cat itching excessively having fleas, the next day she seemed not to be scratching as much and yesterday she was a lot better. Today she has been scratching again and her Vet wants to treat the cat with flea medication but wants to know the % of the products chemicals before treating the cat. Caller states that she got pc¿s phone number off of the product. She also states that when she put the product on the cat it must have been licking itself and started drooling. Caller was asked to call back to once she can confirm the actual product, because the product she had mentioned does not belong to the company number that she had called. A few minutes late the caller phoned back identifying that she has used CIL Pet Foam killer, PCP# 26197. The operator who fielded the call informed the caller of the chemical break down of the product and advised her to have the vet call them should they have any further questions.
