The reporter described a packaging failure involving a pesticide containing the active ingredients metalaxyl-M and mancozeb. The reporter (retail) stated they identified three bags that appeared broken at the seams and had leaked. There was no evidence of damage to exterior boxes. No exposure or environmental injury was reported.
